"The name of our church “Immanuel” has a special meaning: 'God with us'. What a great joy is to know that truth and proclaim it. He was with us in the manger and when he went to the cross to save. He has promised to be with us always. It is my hope that you will find comfort in his love and presence. I also hope our website will help you to learn more about Immanuel and how we might serve you."
Pastor Adam Horneber is here to help you grow in your relationship to the Lord Jesus. He would like to help you see God’s purpose for your life and meet life’s challenges with the strength and guidance of God’s word. Pastor Horneber has served congregations in Arizona, Wisconsin, and New York. He loves preaching and teaching from the Bible and believes it provides certain hope for our eternal future as well as guidance for our everyday journey. He enjoys being part of the Lakeside-Pinetop-Show Low community. It is his vision to see Immanuel as a place where people of every background can gather and grow in Jesus. Adam’s wife Cindy plays an active role in the church family at Immanuel. They live in Lakeside with their daughters Julia and Keren, and enjoy the White Mountain area.
